Apple and lavender jam
Who said perfect jam can't be made with a microwave? Your microwave is a great ally in the kitchen, but you need to know how to take advantage of all its features to get the most out of it.

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 1 Lemon
- 200 g of sugar
- 10 g of fresh or dried lavender
Instructions
- Clean, dry and peel the apples. Remove the cores, cut the fruit into similar-sized pieces, and then put everything into a deep microwave-safe pan .
- After that, squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the fruit in the pan.
- Add the sugar and cook at P100 for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add the lavender and cook for another 2 minutes at P100, stir and stand for 1 minute with the oven door closed. Allow to cool and serve.
